Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about AI agents, what they cost, how they work, and what to expect when working with us.

How much does it cost to build AI agents?
Most initial deployments range from $6,000 to $10,000. The final scope depends on workflow depth, integrations, controls, and deployment requirements. Payments are tied to agreed milestones. Ongoing operation is scoped separately.
What is the difference between AI agents and chatbots?
A chatbot answers questions. An agent completes work. It can read context, use approved systems, carry out multi-step tasks, and escalate when a decision needs a person.
We already tried AI and it did not stick. Why would this be different?
Most AI projects fail in one of two places: the wrong workflow gets chosen, or nobody stays through adoption. We only build for workflows where an agent can complete real work, and we keep running the agents after they go live. If we do not believe agents will carry real weight in your business, we say so before you spend anything.
What happens when an agent gets something wrong?
Every agent has a defined role, set permissions, and an escalation path. When a decision needs a person, the agent hands it over instead of guessing. We monitor every deployment closely, tune behaviour as it runs, and your team can see and correct the agents' work at any time.
How much of my team's time will this take?
A few hours of interviews during discovery, one review of the agent designs, and short check-ins during testing. You are hiring us to remove work, not add it. Your team's job is to show us how the work really happens and confirm the agents are doing it right. We handle the rest.
Our data is messy and we have no IT team. Can this still work?
Yes. Most of our clients run on WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and a CRM that is half filled in. We work with the systems you have and handle the technical lift ourselves. You do not need an IT department. You need workflows worth automating.
How long does it take to build and deploy AI agents?
A typical engagement runs 8 weeks from kickoff to deployment. Week 1-2 is discovery and research. Week 3-4 is agent design and your review. Week 5-7 is build, integration, and testing. Week 8 is deployment and training. Complex projects with many integrations may take 10-12 weeks.
What industries do you work with?
We have worked across real estate, FMCG distribution, energy, agriculture, and professional services. Fit depends less on the industry than on the work: repeatable processes, high information volume, system handoffs, and clear escalation rules are strong candidates.
Is my business data secure with AI agents?
Security is built into every deployment. Your data stays on infrastructure you control. We use encrypted databases, secure API connections, and role-based access controls. Agents only access the data they need for their specific role. We do not share your data with third parties, and all AI processing uses enterprise-grade models with data protection agreements in place.
Do I need technical knowledge to use AI agents?
No. Agents work through approved tools such as WhatsApp, email, ERP, and CRM systems. Batanat handles the technical setup, integrations, monitoring, and maintenance, and prepares your team to supervise the work.
What happens after the agents are deployed?
We monitor the initial deployment closely, tune behaviour, maintain integrations, and resolve issues. Ongoing service can include agreed support levels, new capabilities, and changes as your operations evolve.
Can AI agents integrate with my existing CRM and tools?
Yes. We integrate with popular CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho, as well as ERPs, spreadsheets, databases, email platforms, and custom internal tools. If your tool has an API, we can connect it. Agents pull and push data in real time so your systems stay in sync without manual data entry.
How do I get started?
Start with a 30-minute operations discussion. We identify the strongest workflows, the systems and controls involved, and whether a deployment is practical. If there is a fit, we move into a structured discovery phase.

Discuss your operations.

We will identify the strongest workflows and outline a practical first deployment.
